Unhappy Problems Starting Up Need Help!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have just bought 8100 pearl however I am unable to power it on, it is giving blinking red light however not starting up. Do I have to charge it for sometime before it gets the screen up?? Really dont understand it??? Please help.....

Welcome to the forums.

Where did you purchase the device?

Try charging it for about 3-4 hours, remove and reinsert the battery.

I got it as a gift what could be thre reason for the lights what do they mean??? Is there somekind of problem that occurs??

There's really no info given to really determine what the issue could be. If you connect it to you PC, does your PC detect the device? If so, install Desktop Manager on your PC and see if Desktop Manager detects the device.

I will however is this normal charging for the first time??? or is it something that is unique....I got it as a gift, please suggest..

As its not powere up nothing recognizes it??? or is it somehting that it should do without power the computer does not recognie it??
