I was having issues with all the efnet servers - but irc.desync.com works great. Good Looking.

I really like this new .95 and the auto message when you begin to type - no need to go through and click msg then type.

I dont like how as I am typing this thread I just got dropped in under a minute.

GRR.. The software needs an auto reconnect option. I would like to donate to the author for his hard work so far though!

BBirc is another option, and can be obtained at MobileSoftmarket.

I haven't tried it. I just ran across the site, and thought other users might be interested.

Folks: BBirc is a re-branded JMIRC. Juho has spoken to them and they will be providing the source code under the rules of the GPL.

At present I don't know what they modified.. but JUHO is fully aware of this and he has changes coming down the pipe.. and being open source, welcomes any other contributors!

well i have read most of the posts here... i just came from having a treo 650 to the blackberry 8703... not impressed yet.. the programs seem weaker.. i find the jmirc works fine but is hard to use from using programs like upirc on the treo that allow multiple windows and text lines.. anything out there more like the best irc program called MIRC ???
