BES V4SP1+7730 Problem with PPT Attachments

Good evening,
We deployed monday 18th april a BESV4.0SP1 running on W2KSRVSP4.
BES configuration has all default settings for the attachments service.
Docs, PDF, DOC attachments are well converted but it is impossible to retrieve any PPT format from 97 to 2003 versions of MS PWRPNT.
The attachment test program provided in the BES configuration panel fails when attempting to convert file to XML.
Anyone have an idea ?
