I travel a lot for work, and the airport is where these jerks hang out I am convinced. I also think that they must put the ticket counter reps through CIA interrogation training because I have never seen one of them break.

You have to laugh when you see someone in front of you in line completely loose it on a ticketing agent, as if a) it is their fault that the flight was canceled and b) being a royal jerk is going to get you there faster. It is hilarious because the ticketing agents are always perfectly pleasant, and that pisses them off even more. You played it right EZ, good for you. That guy has to live with himself for the rest of his life. . .how miserable and lonely is that?

Does ignorance come with a sense of entitlement? Or is it he other way around? I think it is a classical chicken and egg thing. . .right?
