Angry Getting sick of blackberry problems!

Please Login to Remove!

Ok ive had my phone since last christmas and was ok until i updated the os.
It might run a bit slow, takes AGES to load and just normally freezes on me.

And i have dropped it a few time's,but not MAJOR drop's.ever since ive dropped it the trackpad just doesnt respond.it works then doesnt.
I have done everything, taking it apart, pushing it in,putting tape to hold it in,cleaning it with alchohol wipes and nothing works!

I cant take it back either because i didnt get warranty on it.

Im getting sick of all these problems.ive never had all sorts of problems with a phone before.

Can someone PLEAAAAAAAAAAASE help me?

thank you.MC.

Not sure anyone can help if you dropped the BB. The new "smart" phones are not designed to be bounced around. If all thats wrong, try doing a search on the internet for a replacement track pad and a video on changing it.
A lot is available.

I would think that if you had to put tape on it to hold it together, it is probably damaged and not repairable. After being dropped..

I know it's frustrating and no one like to deal with problems like that. But in all honesty, this isn't a BlackBerry issue. If you would have dropped any other phone, you would have issues, too.

An iPhone, or Droid and you could have cracked the screen making it completely useless.

Are you guys saying Blackberry's aren't as tough as they used to be? I don't see it that way, but I'm only using an 8520.

I would say so. The old 7520/7250 devices were built like tanks.

I have a 957 here that you could run over with a truck.

Doesn't help the fact that the OP bounced the BB a few times.
