Default BES 5.0.2 - Address book Location reset automatically to default

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I work with BES 5.0.2 and Domino server 7.
The phone is a 9700 bold

One user use an external address book.
i've specified the path in BES user account.

That's work while some days but it's reset to default value (path to mailfile) automatically.

I've searched in BES logs but i didn't found....
For information, this user doesn't use "synchronize adress book" in Lotus Notes

Any idea?

Thanks in advance

sorry my english is bad...

Default Re: BES 5.0.2 - Address book Location reset automatically to default

Hi,

My previous post is understandable?

If no, i apply the last setting (Specify the location that the BlackBerry Messaging Agent uses to find organizer data)of this http link:

docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/deliverables/16661/Changing_how_organizer_data_is_synched_316717_11.j sp

But the setting is reset automatically after some times..

Thanks
