I'm getting a replacement Torch as my current one has a fault with the microphone.

Can I transfer all my diary/BB messenger contacts and stored appointments from one handset to the other without having to manually input it all again?

Any guidance would be very grateful as always. Many thanks in advance.

Sync the old with Outlook and then the new with Outlook.

Or use the switch device wizard.

Or back up the old and restore to the new.

yes you can easily back up using desktop manager and then restore to the new device

but to get your BBM contacts, it is better to backup using email then restore or do the device transfer wizard, but for that, you will need to plug in your old phone first, and initialize the process before you take it back, then get your new device and continue the process
