I have a bb 8130 from verizon. My media manager does not detect my phone. I am running v4.3 on both my bb and my desktop software. How do I fix?

Have you downloaded the DM update from Verizon Wireless? You need that update for DM to recognize your Pearl. After that, Media Manager should work.

I gave up on the media manager. I just drag and drop the files from my computer to the BB.

I never did get it to work...
