I know this is for the 8800 and square series, but do you mind throwing the Volunteer wallpapers into the 8100 resolution??

There are no volunteer firefighter images per se. Look above at the ones I made for Yester18. Those were made for the Pearl's resolution. There are two different versions of the same picture, you need the one that says for 240 x 260.

And the picture you have provided is way too small to be edited. I found some other on google but the patch says EMT-I instead of just EMT. If you want the exact one in your picture, make it a bigger picture. Or scan the patch.
