Up and running now with SyncJe.... It has improved since last I used it! Pretty fast and I have to say that I am really liking it!

I do not like proprietary sync solutions, they're not portable *at all*. I have been using SyncML + Mobical.net for a few years now and it works great. My contacts/calendar are always available (from work, home, etc) and I can use any phone I want.
