Hey ! Does anyone knows if I use the 3g fuction will I have access to my server pc or my cameras throug vnc or java console ?
I am going to buy the 9700 for the previous reasons.... any help ?

It should work like any data connection, but if you want to access your server you'll need DNS, you can't get to it on your LAN directly like you could with wifi.

i have put dns on my server .... Now i have the bb8320 but doesn't work! So that's why i will change to 9700 ... I thought the 3g fuction will hepl me !

If you can't get to the server on the 8320, adding 3G to the mix won't help.

An analogy. My car won't start. If I put premium gasoline in it, will it start.

From the browser i can't ping my server

Open a command prompt and ping it from another box. If you can't do that, pm me with the ip address and I'll see what I can see from here.

If you have a router in front of your server you will need to open and/or forward ports.

The command promt from the bb?
I have access to my server from anywhere via pc not from my bb.
I want to succeed connection from the bb to my server...

I mean to try to understand where the problem is, you should ping it from outside your LAN so you can verify your DNS is working. If you already did that, can you post some screenshots of what problem you are having getting to your server from your phone?
