Hi all,

I have two users with 9780s, supplied by Vodafone UK. When the users go into email they've sent, they only see the option to request more. If they perform a "more all", there is network activity as thought the Blackberry is downloading the contents of the message. That said, the message remains blank. If they then close the message and re-open it, the content of the email displays.

Anyone come across this before? It only seems to be happening on the Bold 9780 devices. All our other devices are OK.

What I can tell you about our setup is that we are running BES 4.1.5 (Bundle 79) with Exchange 2003 Standard server.

I am going to trawl through the BES logs tomorrow to see if I can find anything that jumps out. That said, would be interested to know if anyone else has had similar issues.

same here, we have 9700, 8520 and problems only with 9780. Have you tried to update firmware on BB 9780?
