Hi Gang

Just bought the 8830 and love it.

I am in sales and when a client calls I need that clients name to show with attached notes on them as imputed in Outlook.

For example...phone rings..I can see its Frank calling and attached is a little note reminding me who Frank is and a few details about him. I am able to see all of this as the phone is ringing so that when I pick up the call I have fresh in my mind who he is and other personal info?

How do I make this happen?

Welcome to the forums!

You can't see the notes, but perhaps you could put the person's full name in the first name field and a short note in the last name field.

You could then set your side convenience key for the Address Book and after you answer, quickly switch over and open up the contact info for that person.

I was crossing my fingers for possibly an after market program that would have this feature. I dabbled around google looking for it with no luck?
