So I upgraded my 8300 to 4.5.0.37. I thought my emails were suppose to look better but they still look the same with out any pictures or anything. It just shows the html codes. Did I do something wrong?

TIA

Resend your service books. Also, there is a new update for the 8300. Check the sticky threads. You'll want to upgrade to the new.

I upgraded my Blackberry Curve 8320 to 4.5.0.51 recently and I still receive HTML in raw format instead of WYSIWYG.

Any ideas? is it a function of BIS or the phone?

Im currently downloading the new 4.5 for the 8300, with BIS from T-mobile. My main reason for hanging on to this model is because I hear that BIS and the 4.5 are upgraded to provide the "correct" viewing of HTML emails. I hope this works, or else here comes the 8310 or maybe 9000 (Bold).

Yeah, I found it.

resent service books and any new emails will show in WYSIWYG, old ones will never render that way. I assume BIS/BES is formatting emails before being sent to the device?
