I don't have an app that captures home screen image but the theme I use is the 7 Icon L theme with 7 calendar entries: Hulksters Bold Themes

They have other themes as well.

This is mine. A theme I made because I don't like clutter. When on the main screen, pressing the pearl brings up the voice dial.
