i have a blackberry 8800 on the ATT network. i used to sync my calendar using BES. but recently i left my company, and so now i want to sync my calendar with outlook via usb cable. i went into the sync settings under the Blackberry Desktop on my computer and told the Calendar to sync with outlook. at first it would not sync, saying my blackberry was set to wirelessly sync. but then i went into the calendar on my blackberry and changed this setting so the wireless sync was disabled. and then it did the sync with outlook just fine... the problem is, everytime i turn off my blackberry, and then turn it on, the setting on the blackberry calendar gets reset to sync wirelessly. and then i have to once again change this setting (disabling wireless sync) to get it to sync with outlook. is there a way to set this up so i don't have to change this setting each time on the blackberry? thanks.

If you own the Blackberry you need to have the BES IT policy removed. Call your old company and have it removed.
