server connetivity issue in 8700g.

Hi all,
In 8700g, - Cingular.
Our application is not connecting to server.
But while trying the same URL in 8700g browser its able to connect to our server. Iam sure nothing wrong in the application bcoz
i tested in the 8700g Emulator. its connecting to the server and works fine.
and other applications like Google Map is also working fine. and connecting to the server.
