Default Backlight on by default?

Please Login to Remove!

One of our users has a 7290 and the backlight is on by default when he removes it from the holster. If he turns the light off and reholsters it, the light is on again when he takes it back out. He wants it set so that the backlight is NOT on when he takes it out of the holster. Does anyone know how to change this setting?

Thanks... Mike

Try searching for a program called BBlight. Its a great free little program that might work.

I have a user just complaining about that today - I think his 7250 is borked because he's been complaining about his BlueTooth headset not working consistently, and having messed around with it for a bit, something seems pretty screwed up - if you fully power it off, it'll power itself back on randomly, backlight stays on forever, thinking we're going to try and warranty this sucker.

If you need a replacement:

I own two 7250's from Verizon.

I recently had one replaced by Verizon. I am seeling it with the OEM plastic holster, wired headset, box, manuals, all literature, cd, USB cable, battery, car charger, everything that came in the box (except the wall charger), still has the screen protection on it. This unit has not even been activated yet so it is ready to go, I guarantee no activation issues from Verizon on it.

$225.00 plus shipping. Any questions please feel free to PM.
