Hi all, anyone got any Idea's for extracting a report that will list all the 450 users I have in BBmanager 4.1 into a Excel Sheet for example???

highlight the users, right click and select 'Export Stats to File' just make sure to not clear the stats after the export.

I tried that earlier. However when I save the Text File to my Desktop, it never shows up??

Any Ideas??

try putting in C:\filename.txt as the location and check the root of C: ... I've never had a problem saving an export.

If you want a bit more info, try the BerryStats thats in a sticky in hte BES Admin Forum. A really good tool.
