Copying from a 'word processor' into a text box would not automatically capitalize everything.

The 'BlackPad' HAS a word processor. It's called WordToGo. And I believe you can also access this forum through your PB and type directly into the text box.

I also find it hard to believe (I know I know, sometimes I say things like that too!) that RIM has some magical crawler that goes out and searches the internet looking for anything that says RIM. That is ludicrous.

Do RIM employees check out these forums? Probably. Does RIM scour the internet for comments to consider for feedback from the user community? Doubtful, else we would have seen some major changes from RIM in 2011... all we saw was lost promises and forgotten innovation.

They obviously have Google Alerts setup so the get bombarded with email for every post containing RIM that hits the net.

You know it's fairly easy to find the contact us page on the RIM site, so your comment (or annoying all caps dribble) could of easily found where you wanted it to go, instead of not being read by anyone on a volunteer forum.

New version of Dev Beta is out

Spell check and predictive text works with or without Bridge. Works well! I didn't lose any data when I upgraded to the newest Dev release. Video Chat is still a no go(But I can still use video and stills), but I have found some apps that were not working on the previous beta, so I may try to sideload a few and see if they have changed much of the inner workings. Android e-mail app still works like a charm, as do all my Bridge functions.
