This has been saddening me a bit. When I first bought my Blackberry and looked for RSS programs, I ran across NGG, but immediately saw that it was some sort of Freerange spin-off and somehow had the impression that Freerange was definitely better and NGG not worth my time. So I just ignored NGG. Now that I am trying it, I love it. It
is smoother than Freerange and I also love the synchronization they provide with their Web desktop reader and the "clipping" feature and other goodies. And now I see that they charged $30 for the subscription, which is still high, but sort of acceptable. Better than Freerange, that is definitely steep. If NGG went back to a paid subscription model and displayed images like Freerange does, I would subscribe. Maybe I could have begged for images back then if I had been a paying customer, but now that it's gone freeware, I assume it has practically become abandone-ware.
Viigo displays images for free, but I totally dislike Viigo. I'm not going into that all over again.
