With all due respect to those who dont have a Bold, I like the fact when people see it (especially in the AT&T store where I had to get a SIM) and wonder how I got it, how much I paid and can they take a pic WITH it (no seriously!!).

I always pride myself on being different, but sometimes it comes with a pricetag. Unlocked Bold =$800. New AT&T plan = $70. Jealous looks of the envious people = PRICELESS. ;)

Still skeptical about a release date. It's one thing to have people over for finger sandwiches, it's another thing to have everybody jump in the pool. Didn't they have some of these babe bashes in Canada weeks before they released the Bold?

I wanna say their release parties took place in July prior to the release of the BOLD in Canada.
