I'm using BIS, and whenever I reply to an e-mail in Outlook on my laptop, the original e-mail is re-sent to my handheld. Is this a Blackberry issue or an Exchange Server issue?

That's easy, go into options on setting up e-mail. Your BCC'ing your self.

I don't think so. The Auto BCC box is empty.

you have to set up a rule to filter your own email address. I had the same problem with gmail.
