Just upgraded my OS to 4.2.1.196

Weird issue with outlook email where all my sent items are showing up in the inbox instead of the Sent Folders.

Anyone seen this?

Also the flashing LED now only flashes red when there is a new email, calendar etc.

Before it used to atleast flash green to let me know there was a heartbeat..

Are there other weird issues with this upgrade anyone knows of?

for the signal coverage (green) flash, check Options > ScreenKeyboard > Coverage Indicator and see what is there.

I'm not sure if you are BES or BIS... but:
Message Folder > Options > General Options > Hide Sent Messages?

Hmmm....yeah that does "hide" them.
But I dont want them hidden.
I want them to show up in the "Sent Items" folder and not in the Inbox.

and I am on BES

BES is different, and does use folders.

BIS just hides them.

I am afraid I am not aware of any 4.2.1.196 for the 8700. I believe the user stated the "Package" version, not the application OS version, easy to confuse.

Unless I am missing something, version .108 is the latest for now.
