it's alt - caps - del, that will soft reset your 8830. I did it all the time when I owned one.

ALT+(right) Shift+DEL. It has to be the right Shift, NOT THE LEFT.

Took me the longest time to figure that out. DOH!

Thanks! It works now that I'm using the RIGHT shift key instead of the left. Who says we don't learn something new everyday?
