Default Ordered two of them!

Please Login to Remove!

One at full retail, the other at $249.99 as I was eligible for New every two.

Now to figure out how to better that shipping method......

He tells me my price for the BB is $ 349 since I have had my current BB for like 14 months. Thinking of a way to get the BB for the $ 269 or the lower price people are talking about here. Thanks
InPocket, do you know that answer to this question ?

Thanks

wait for the stores to receive it and do an early upgrade on the phone with customer service (or in the store). In addition, when customer service helps you - mention the corp discount.

OK, when I get my new 8703, what is the process to migrate from my 7250?

My only 3rd party apps are Companionlink and CryptMajic.

Default question about purchase

I'm about to scream. Can someone help me? I've been holding out to switch to Verizon from Sprint until the 8703e came out. On Aug. 31st, my sprint phone died. Rather than get a new sprint battery or phone for a few weeks, I went ahead and opened up a Verizon account, and added on to my husband's account with a family plan (he uses the old Blackberry). I did NOT buy a new phone and activated an old one we had. They said I would be eligible for the new phone discount since I hadn't bought any new equipment. The date was Sept. 1st - 16 days ago!

I just went on the website to order the 8703 and it's showing I have 23 months before I'm eligible for a new phone at the discount price! Do I have to wait until Monday to talk to customer service. Did they steer me wrong? Any advice? I just signed my husband up for the Merit program too. This board is great!

Susan

Without me going through the pain of calling, routing, waiting, etc. Do you know if the folks at this number will change shipping method from an on-line order?

The Sunday CS rep will not be able to help you. You will need to call Monday and talk to the ordering/new activations dept.

According to VZW CS rep., shipping is free and I ordered today and will receive on Wednesday. Perfect for me since I'm out town on Monday and Tuesday.

got mine this morning. YESS! Can't believe how excited Im getting over a new phone. I need a life, LOL.

Question. I have the 5.00 txt messaging on my phone now. When I order the 8703 I added the unlimited data and clicked on the pay as you go tx message plan. Now can I keep the 5.00 one or when i clicked on pay per txt it voids it?

I guess I will look on my bill later but was just wondering. Enjoy guys and girls!

Dewars is correct... just talked to a CS rep... He told me to call the Internet Sales Team (800-711-7773 option 3) Monday morning by 8am to change the shipping.

Does this mean they're automatically upgrading to 2 day shipping?
