Tried to order off of by B2B site this morning and had the SAME problem. Tried 2 different cards and both were declined...Since I wasn't eligible for an upgrade anyway, I just bought it using the regular site and I had no problem...Make sure you call your bank too. I had 6 different $1 charges on my account since I tried multiple times. The lady told me they would fall off tomorrow but there might be some people who actually get charged multiple times...

when did you order?

**Edit: if your going to say when you are supposed to get it - at least say when you ordered, your shipping method, and where you are from.. this gives everyone a better idea of when they should receive theirs**

I sent an e-mail to my Verizon business rep on Sunday, and she called me today saying I'd have it tomorrow via Fed-Ex. I would expect she has a little more pull than the website orders do.

If I get it on Tuesday or not, I don't know, but I'll post when I do.

I ordered mine Saturday night... called the internet sales dept this morning at 8:01am EST and upgraded my shipping to overnight. Got an email 30min later with confirmation that it was shipped out - overnight. Will be getting it tomorrow (Tuesday!).

I just got my tracking number. It was shipped with the free standard overnight shipping (by 4:30PM insted of before noon). So no need to pay extra for something you get for free.

And yes, tracking numbers are 12 digits long for FedEx.

BTW, I think its time to move to the 8700 forum and get out of this rumor mill.

I ordered it on saturday at around 10:40 pm when everyone said it was on the verizon website, I received an order number however no email yet regarding it being shipped out. However some of you guys that ordered on sunday and saturday like myself have received tracking numbers and shipped out emails. Should this be a concern to me? I called the internet phone number but there is an automated message explaining how they ship items and it seemed pretty reasonable so i didn't get connected to an operator.
