how about resending your service books from verizon ? maybe that might help....

if that doesn't work, i'd recommend you remove any installed OS's on your pc, install the latest official verizon OS (.75) or try Bell's .76...

i've been running .76 since i got my phone, haven't had any issues at all....
but then again, i am using the phone on tmob's network.

with verizon i don't know. i know with tmob i log in to their web site, find the 'set up internet email' link, then on that page there's an option to send the service books to my phone....

if you go with .113 again (or .76), you'll have to do this. otherwise if you go with .75, the service books should be installed with the OS install.

XXhelaBB, your right!
Verizon told me that it would VOID my warranty. That was the day I got my Storm. That same night I upgraded to v4.7.0.85. What is life without risk?

Remember, you can always downgrade.
