I got a call today that I had to put on ignore. When I clicked on the missed call message I saw the number there. I thought when I went to call history the number would also be there, but it just said unknown number (it was a number that wasn't in my contacts). I deleted the missed call message which did have the phone number. Any way at all to get that back?

If you have a backup that was made after your blackberry received the missed call and before you deleted it, you might be able to recover it that way. That's the only possible solution I can think of.

Unknown number can also be a called ID blocked call.

Well don't have a recent backup. Trimix, where should I look for blocked calls? Thanks!

If it's a blocked number there is nothing you can do about it. The block occurs before the cell tower receives the signal, so even your cell provider will have a difficult time unblocking it.

Just saying that an Unknown caller doesn't necessary mean it's not on your contact list. Could be someone who has their caller ID block on.

OK, well thanks anyway. I'm just bummed at myself! The number was right there and I deleted it. It's a guy who calls me every now and then. And now that it looks like I hung up on him, probably won't call again! lol

If you have detailed billing, you should be able to see it there. Does ATT have something where you can check your usage online? Something like MyVerizon? If so you should see it there too.

I dont think you'll be able to see it as it was from an unknown caller. It'll be reflected that same way in the detailed billing (at least that's how it is with Tmobile).

Hi all,

Well, that's too cool. Only problem was that I think it only has a day's worth of data? I clicked on each item and they all had the date of May 23rd. My deletion happened two or three days ago. But if I do it again at least now I know how to find it!
