We are a small company with 3 Blackberry's (8800 series) in a BES/Exchange server environment. I just want to know what the time interval is for the contact list sync. In the alternative, is there a way to force the sync?

I am on a BES and the Outlook Contact Sync (as with all of the wireless syncs) is within seconds of adding/editing -it appears on the other-BB or PC.

Mine syncs in under ten seconds. I can add a contact on my desktop and find it in my bb in about the time it takes to navigate to my address book.

Yup. Mine too appears nearly instantaneous. It seems like as soon as I have added a new contact in MS Outlook, and Outlook completes the send/receive, the BES is pushing the new/updated contact out to the BB handset.

I am just setting up new BB 8830's and when it works, sync is a matter of seconds over-the-air. Very fast.
