Eleven I think?
6750 Bell
7750 Bell
7280 Rogers
7850 Rogers
7290 Rogers
7100r
7250 Bell
7103E Bell
8700R Rogers
8703E Bell
8300 Rogers
8830 Bell
Some of the model numbers may be off and I may have missed one or two because my memory is good but short. Actually it's 12 different ones. I have busted 2 as well
I have switched back and forth between Bell and Rogers depending upon who I an currently most pissed-off about. They are both pretty bad. Haven't tried Telus yet but there service is weak where I live. I have owned two BB's at the same time (eg. the Curve and the 8830)

You're testing my memory, but here goes:
6710
7210 (?)
7280
7290
8300 (?)
8700c
I think I chewed through 2 7280's and I'm on my 3rd 8700c. These were all AT&T/Cingular.

Fourth BB for me...
I had a 7230 when I was in Europe, upgraded to 7290 in the US, then switched to a 8700c, now I own a Curve 8300. I also had many other PDA phones in between (like Blackjack, HTC Tytn etc ) but came back to my beloved blackberry everytime...

On my third:
8700c May to October 2006
7130c October 2006 to June 2007
Curve June 5, 2007 to ?????
(I've used more than 20 phones total during that time in addition to the BB's ... I have a problem.)

Well....8ack in the days of my first cellular device, I started with a ridiculous Motorola flip, and the burned through 3 different Nokia's.
I then purchased a Color Sidekick. I absolutely love my CSK until I broke the screen in a tragic accident. From there, I purchased my first Blackberry:
The lovely 7280!
I adored this phone like you wouldn't believe, right up until I destroyed the screen in yet another tragic accident. I had only had the phone for about 4 months. It was a traumatic experience.
From there, I decided to try out a windows mobile device, so I purchased a Sierra Wireless Voq in a fabulously cheap deal.
I liked the device for about 2 days, and then the device started to slowly go crazy. I ended up giving the phone away after a few months and moved onto a Sidekick 2.
(Between the Voq and the SK2, I ordered a BB 7100g off of eBay, and received a dead device. I was angered about this and moved on to the SK2)
Loved the Sidekick 2 until the sidekick 3 came out. I initially hoped that the new SK would fix all the problems I had with the old ones, but alas I was wrong. The sidekick 3 was still heavy, had a low quality screen, had slow browsing (there is no 3G services in my area), and would randomly decide to block me from sending texts and making phone calls. I dealt with it for about 9 months and then moved onto my brand new Pearl!
I was very cautious about moving to a SureType device from having so many qwerty devices, but I am typing at the same speed as I always have! This is the first thin and light-weight phone I have had in many years, and I can't get over how quickly I have fallen in love with this device.

My first phone was the TP1100 on Sprint in Sept. 2001.
I think I've had about 40 phones in six years of using wireless ... now I'm just getting to a point where I buy every phone I want. Heh. But, yeah, you got quite a history...phew.
BB no. 4 is on the way. Stupid ebay.

I got my first one by chance, a buddy wanted a moto for a overseas trip and traded me his bb for it for a week... by the time he returned I had bought my own, a rogers 7100r... had that for about 6 months then got a 7290, then an 8700, then a 7130, back to an 8700, then a pearl, and then a few more pearls... than an 8800 and finally at my 8300... loved them all!

I started with the old fashion Blackberry 7290. When the 8100 Pearl came out, I got that. When I lost my job, I sold it on Ebay. When I found another job, I got myself a 8100 Pearl (White) and I still have it today!
