It is still active. The email address is blank meaning you didn't provide one when you signed up.

PM the site owner, username Tom. Before you do, make sure you are entering the email address you used when you registered. If you have several, try them all. If you've since quit the one you used when you registered, then you may be out of luck, unless Tom or one of the mods can reset it for you.

As I said in my post, there is no email address showing on his account.

Back when there was trouble with the site, after it was resolved and we were able to log in again, my email address was removed from my account; or at least in the text box it wasn't there. I could log in, but I stopped getting the subscription updates. I had to re-enter and save my email address again. Same happened to other people. But, I and others were able to log in.

The OP says he can't log in, and when he tries to reset his password he gets the error email address does not exist. It isn't clear to me that this is related to his email not showing in his account.

EDIT: And thinking about it, I don't see how the OP registered without providing an email address. I don't think the site would allow it, but I also remember the site sends and confirmation message that requires a response to activate the membership or activate any changes.

If he is trying to reset the password and there is no email address to send it, then the message cannot be sent. Makes sense to me.

I am only telling you what I see when I look at his account. I can't add the email address as I do not have access to edit that information. I will ask one of the other mods to see if they can fix it.

Yeah, I understand. I see your point. I'm just thinking his email address got cleared same way it happened to me and some others. Maybe that is related to the reset password process not finding his email address (Is it really gone from the database, or just not displayed on that screen?) ..... or maybe he is using the wrong address to reset his password. Won't hurt for him to try other email addresses he has, until someone can help him out.

It must be what Dubdub says. Your email address is gone from your profile entirely, and that's why the reset process can't retrieve it (because it isn't there anymore).

Good luck. Tom is pretty quick with reponses from what I've observed.

I wonder if it was made during the crash last year (or was it two years?). Yopu guys had to restore from backup so that could be reason it's gone for good.
