haha you realize that when the device has a password on it you have to enter the password in desktop manager to do a backup
unless this guy has a recent backup which according to his post its been soooooo long since he used it that he forgot his pw, i doubt he has one. this is why i have the autobackup set everyday. i have hundreds of contacts and this past month i used 12,875 texts and receive about 150 emails a day. i cant afford to lose a days backup
