hey
need some with z10 desktop manager software.
downloaded, started install and it came up with some reply about the bloody problem. in the end it stopped installing and killed itself.
here is the image of the trouble itself.
could anyone help to undestand what to do next?

Sorry - I am one of those dumb IT guys.

But I is smart enuff to suggest that you install LINK, the new program used to connect your Z10. Google "Download BlackBerry Link" and install the latest version.

Desktop Manager is only for older model BlackBerrys. And a 17xx error indicates a problem with the package or the Windows installer utility on your PC.

i meant IT specialists that our agency works with - you are definitely not among them
clear regarding link vs manager. i got the link already, but it does not connect to my phone. my pc sees bb - i can easily access documents within the phone but link can not connect.
any thoughts?
