I have a huge Terms and conditions spiel about RIM on my blackberry after installing the latest update. I installed updates because my keypad wasn't working. now its still not working. HELP?

What was going on with the keyboad? What were you observing?

And are you talking about an OS upgrade? Why did you expect that to fix the keyboard issue?
