Default BB messenger help

Please Login to Remove!

I seached the bb messenger threads and didn't seem to find anyone having this problem.

I installed BB messenger today and have submitted to add a contact. It shows that the contact is "pending". this person has also added me as a contact and on his I also show as "pending". We both get these emails (on our yahoo emails) that say we've been invited to each others bb messenger list and to return to the email to accept this request once the software is downloaded. Well in the email there is no where to "accept" anything, no link or code or anything. so we are both pending and still unable to IM using bb messenger. At this point I'm not sure what to do and need some help

thanx in advance!

I suggest adding by pin. Add each other's pins to your address books. Then add contact and add by pin instead of email. Only one person needs to initiate the add. Once the acceptance goes through they should list in your BBMessenger contact list.

compose an email

In the subject type mypin and hit space. Your pin will magically appear!

Send it to your buddy. then have them do the same thing. then copy and paste the pin into your address book.

It can also be found in Options >Status
and
on the sticker under your battery.
