This a great forum for a new 7100T user. I have two questions.

1. Is there a way to permanently delete IM to gain extra memory space (after I delete it it comes back over the air).

2. Has anyone noticed any issues with OS 4.0 for other apps outside of the reported issue with IM

I don't know the answer to your second question, but for the first one: T-Mobile will automatically re-send their applications over-the-air no matter how many times you delete them. I don't think there is any way to permanently delete them.
