Default Network problem (internet)

Hello,
First of all, I'm sorry if this question has already been answered but I didn't find it. And I'm sorry if I make english mistakes, it's not my first language.

Ok so I bought my BB on april 2010 at Swisscom, the leader in swiss communications. It was unlocked and I bought it without any data plan. Last november, I changed to Orange CH (CH for Switzerland), and bought a data plan but no BlackBerry plan or whatever it is called. Everything works fine, the only bad point of Orange is they have gprs and 3G network while Swisscom has edge and 3G.

Anyway, here is my problem:
I use my phone normally with the internet browser, Twitter official app, UberSocial, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. My problem is not about texts or calls.
Once or twice a day, my BB loses the signal just under my eyes for 4 or 5 seconds, and finds it again and goes normally from GSM to gprs or 3G according to where I am. It's like I restored the connection but I didn't do anything.
But now, I can still use the Internet browser, calls and texts. But the apps don't work anymore. UberSocial shows a java.io.IOexception or something like that, Twitter says I have no network and I need a Wi-Fi (but the problem is still there even if I use wi-fi), Facebook Messenger says connection error and WhatsApp shows nothing but doesn't work. And I have to make a soft reset.

I tried to hide each of these apps but the problem is still here, no apps work.

Can anybody help me ? After 3 months I'm tired of this...

Thanks for reading me

Default Re: Network problem (internet)

Unless you got it wet or dropped it I would try to upgrade the OS.
