Default Folders

Please Login to Remove!

I currently sync with Outlook and everything seems to work fine. But, when I try to view folders on BB they all show "no messages". EX: on BB, sent messages, deleted messages, personal folders don't show anything. Any help?

Are you on a BES and your saying you see no messages in the email message folder also. The Send messages and received messages should be there.

penguin3107, I did not think you could stop the main folder from showing send and received emails. The others I agree , redirection options.

I have multiple email accounts. When I follow what you say it only gives me the option to redirect 1 folder. If I redirect will the emails go into the same folders as they do on Outlook?

I really don't know what you're talking about.
Either you're misunderstanding what the OP is talking about ... or I am.
Honestly, I'm a little hazy on what this person is really after here.

You're going to need to clarify what you want.
I'm totally lost now.

What EXACTLY are you trying to do? Explain using as much detail as possible.

I click on a mailbox, click the menu screen, go to view folder. All of the folders are empty.

In the email boxes...my messages show. When I click on the menu button, scroll down to view folders (personal folders, deleted items, inbox, junk mail, etc.) they all show "No Messages".

Ok, In my BES I cannot forward to any folder except the main email folder. I cannot see any folders for sent or deleted items. The BB will show sent and received only in the main view
I must be on the PC in Outlook. Not sure how your set up but this is how mine is.

Thanks for all of your help. I'm pretty new to BB, so maybe I just need to play around with it a little. I have everything set up and syncing fine, but just can't get the folders in "view folder" on BB to show anything.

Follow my instructions above.
You need to redirect those folders so that BES will show messages in them.
You won't see any exsisting messages... only new messages delivered to them after you set up the redirection.

You can do this from your handheld.
Again... follow my instructions above.
