Default 8320 wifi internet or tzones choice

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I have an 8320 on T Mobile.
I was in the wifi browser but had no wifi connectivity. Wifi is my default browser. How do I get the 8320 to automatically start using the internet browser when not in a wifi zone? I use wifi because it is faster etc... BUt I don't want to have to change the default when not in a wifi zone. Any help here?

I may be wrong but even though the "internet browser" is my default it still works very fast when I am in a wi-fi or UMA area.
Im pretty sure about that but not one of the experts here.

Troy,
you mentioned that leaving the internet browser on in a wifi area will work as well, but will I get charged data?
Thanks,

Thanks,
If your WiFi emblem is Bold you should be fine. The only way to make sure though is to switch to WiFi Browser.

From Browser, Options > General Properties > Default Browser > and you should have a choice of 3.

Go into internet browser, then select options, browser configuration, you can select wifi browser or internet browers, image or no images etc.
There you can select which browser you want as default browser, hope this helps!

I had the same thing with only two options. You must go on your my-tmobile website, register and activate email. You will then be presented with the "internet browser" option.

That is at least what i did.
