Updated the environment to 5.0.3, MR1 last night.
Three servers: Two BES in HA, and one BAS
Total install time took just over an hour.
Things are looking really good this morning... and am optimistic that many issues which we were dealing with, may be resolved...

what did you upgrade from? Do you have use SQL server or SQL2005? How many users. I just got word that we will be in Exchange 2010 by Labor day and I have 5.0 MR2 using SQL 2005 for 130 users. I think SP3 sets me up for that as well as Lynk or OCS if we go in that direction.

except for MR2 and twice as many users you have same environment. Because we have them on VM"s I image it, then run set up on live, make sure it works, then backup. I may upgrade to SQL server before so a full hot spare. Thanks
