Hi,

I am having major Blackberry problems. It appears that the email wireless sync is regularly dropping off of a lot of users Blackberries.
If you go to messages > options > email reconciliation you just see delete: on handheld
and no wireless reconcile options

I can temporarily fix it by deleting and undeleting the desktop(CMIME) service book, but it always re-occurs.

Can anyone shed any light on this problem as it is driving me nuts?

Is this occuring for all users? It's a service corruption issue. What version of BES and for what platform? How many users total?

I have 149 users on Blackberry for Exchange version 4.1.2.20.
I dont know if it has affected everyone, as not everyone has reported it. When it does happen, it seems to happen to not all users.

Hi,
I have the same issue!
For some reason, I have about 500 Telus users that have their Email Reconciliation OFF!
The remaining 600ish Rogers users are working fine.

What gives?? its only my Telus users... weird.
