Is there a way where I can delete all my texts at one time? Also is there a way where I can limit the number of texts that it stores? Where can I find my senyt texts after I sent them?

Highlight dateline for day or days you want to delete it will ask you delete click yes/or click delete prior. Click menu/options adjust # of texts and sent items there.. Hope this helps some. I am sure someone will be able to add more!

Try going to Messages > hit the Menu Key > scroll to View Folder and click it. Here you'll see the following folders:

Browser Messages
Missed Calls
MMS Inbox
Phone Call Logs
SMS Inbox
SMS Outbox
SMS SIM Card Inbox <- likely will only see this one if your BB is GSM; I don't recall
WAP Push Messages

I don't believe you can delete ALL texts (in & out) at once, but you can open the SMS Inbox folder a click the menu button while the top date header is highlighted and select Delete Prior. This will delete all texts prior to that date. Go to the SMS Outbox folder and do the same as above.

Your sent texts are in the SMS Outbox folder.

There is no setting that I have found which permits you to specify the number of texts that it stores, only the length of time to keep them. To set this option go to > messages > menu key > options > general options and scroll down to Keep Messages. Your choices are 15 Days, 30 Days, 2 Months, 3 Months, 4 Months, 5 Months, 6 Months & Forever.
