Im trying to edit a document with documents to go but everytime i open the attachment with the edit option it says "uncaught exception: permission denied" and closes. I can view the document but i really need to figure out how to edit them

any help would be great help

hi, open the logs using ALT+L,G,L,G. There, you may find some useful info.
Are you using registered version of docs to go?

Im not using the registered version.

What kind of info am i looking for in the logs?

try to recreate the problem, immediately after that goto logs, an exception will be there.. something like:

Uncaught exception: *some text here and in next feew lines*

copy and paste that here.. i am sure someone will be able to help you out.

hey, does the unregistered version lets you edit your files? pls double check.

If anyone can find any useful information in those logs, Kudos to you..

Any serious errors in those logs are in Bold.

I assume your using Word To Go? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Docs To Go? Or do a check for updates make sure you running the latest version.

Also is their anything special about this document? (Password Protection/External Link/etc?)
