My sister recently gave me this blackberry that I have now, I want to install and reinstall apps but it won't let me as I need my sisters password so I can do that, however, my sister has forgotten her password and there's no way of getting into her account, is there a way that I can sign out of her account and make a new one? Thanks

Create you own BlackBerry ID. My advice is do a security wipe and start over from scratch with the device. I would even select the option in the security wipe screen to delete user installed apps. Then log in with your BlackBerry ID.
