Seriously if you can help I would be really grateful. This is driving me nuts. When I charge my blackberry via usb it comes up with this question.. I select charge only... All good... But only for about 3 seconds when it asks me again and again and again and sometimes when I am typing it locks up and asks me again. Any ideas?

From what are you charging it? A PC or a wall plug?

usb.. mac. wall plug is ok also it couldn't mount as usb drive if it was plugged into wall plug ;)

At this point you need to narrow it down. Could be device hardware or software, cable, or computer. Try to eliminate each one. Try different computer, different USB ports, different cable, hard reset the device...

It sounds like maybe the device is disconnecting or being disconnected and connecting again. Does the computer indicate this is happening?
