I'll take your word for it, Corman, though I still, from my relatively unsophisticated perspective, find it difficult to believe. I can see where a BB user's expectations may have some impact in the context of the Fourth Amendment, but I can't see how they would impose civil or criminal liability on a person who casually glances over a person's shoulder in a public setting. If you're aware of any reported decisions or summaries on this matter, I'd really be interested in seeing them! (I don't mean this is a challenge, just genuine curiosity!)
