I have come up with a really unique idea/application for mobile software for use on all smartphones including Blackberry devices. Can someone please recommend how I should go about developing this product? I do not have technical knowledge or experience with programming but I have the funds to finance this project and I have a very clear idea what I am looking to accomplish.
