Default wifi set to hotspot but still charge airtime

browser default set Hotspot Browser, after connected wifi, why still charge my money? help!! many thanks~!

If you provide more details about what you are doing and how, someone may be able to give you some answers, but you may need to talk to your service provider to ultimately answer the question.

Do you have a blackberry data plan, a general mobile data plan, or no data plan?

What data applications are you using? Are they all able to use wifi, and are they set to use wifi? Perhaps they are using carrier data over the mobile network?

i have no data plan, i just connect wifi at cafe. and i just open the application " BROWSER" from the menu.

See what others say. I don't have experience without a blackberry data plan. My assumption would be that you are accessing carrier data over the mobile network, at least some of the time.
