Default Synch with Outlook - how do I?

Please Login to Remove!

I currently use Lotus Organiser with my BB8800 which works perfectly, no problem.

I use Outlook as a work organiser and want to use my other BB with this.

How do I set this up, easy simple steps please! It's got to be easier than setting up Lotus but it was that long ago I've fortgotten.

You do it through the Blackberry Desktop Software on your pc. Connect the Blackberry you want to sync and start the Blackberry Desktop Software. It should show "connected" at the bottom and display the PIN of your Blackberry. You then have to configure ActiveSync. One of the choices should be Sync and clicking that will give you another window. This one should ask you to configure your Sync settings. Click on Calendar and then "choose" to get a list of your choices. Microsoft Outlook should be one of 'em. When you click on Microsoft Outlook you get a choice of how to run the sync. Synchronize is the best bet as it combines whatever is on your Blackberry with whatever is in Outlook. Repeat for Contacts, Tasks, and Notes. Next time you connect to that computer and run the Desktop Software you should be able to hit Sync and get it done!

I have the new BB 4.5 OS also and I really like it. However, I cannot set up my desktop manager to sync with my outlook apps. I continuously recieve this error message: "Cannot find system in table file" for each one.

Is there a solution for this so that I can sync with all of my outlook apps once again?

Thank you.
